Returning Volunteers
Shining Stars would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for volunteering and for your help making our programs SHINE! Our programs and facilities could not run successfully without all our volunteers.
Please take a moment to look at our upcoming trainings. As a reminder, all volunteers are required to take the Volunteer Training Class once a year. You may take any additional program trainings for Horse Leading, Cart Driving, and Equine Connection when they are offered.

Volunteer Training and Side Walker (mandatory once a year for returning volunteers)
February 10 at 6pm: Indoor Arena – 3185 York Road, Gettysburg
February 12 at 10am: Indoor Arena – 3185 York Road, Gettysburg
February 18 at 6pm: Indoor Arena – 3185 York Road, Gettysburg
Horse Leader Training (for mounted program)
February 23 at 5pm: Indoor Arena – 3185 York Road, Gettysburg
February 25 at 10am: Indoor Arena – 3185 York Road, Gettysburg
Cart Driving Training
February 26 at 10am: Farm – 3175 Old Harrisburg Road, Gettysburg
February 26 at 6pm: Indoor Arena – 3185 York Road, Gettysburg
Equine Connection Training
February 24 at 10am: Farm – 3175 Old Harrisburg Road, Gettysburg

Renew Clearances
Clearances must be renewed every 5 years.
